This is the core training track for students who want better coordination, safer landings, cleaner rolls and the confidence to move through space.
Adult Parkour & Flipping
For adults, including beginners over 30, we start from the fundamentals: rolling, landing, rhythm, body line and assisted flips. The point is not brute force. The point is learning how your structure works.
Teen Parkour
For ages 10 to 17, the class blends parkour, tumbling and martial-arts rhythm to release pressure, sharpen focus and build a calmer sense of control.
Kids Parkour
For ages 6 to 12, this bilingual class uses parkour games, safe falling, obstacle movement and simple martial-arts ideas to help children move with courage and judgment.
Toddler Parkour
For ages 3 to 5, the class turns jumping, crawling, rolling and balancing into age-appropriate play that builds coordination, body boundaries and confidence.
