Can siblings of very different ages train together?

Technically yes, because coaching is often individual and turn-based. In practice, we group students by maturity, focus and class rhythm, not only by age. We will suggest the group where each student can learn fastest and enjoy the atmosphere.

Does this work like sensory integration therapy?

For medical or therapeutic questions, please consult a licensed professional. We are not occupational therapists or medical providers. Our expertise is movement coaching: helping students learn the skills listed in our timetable safely and clearly.

Why did I only just hear about you?

You know us now. Promotion takes money, people and a certain amount of nerve. We are working on it, and most of our best evidence is still the actual class videos.

Is this useful for self-defense?

It depends on what you mean by useful. You will build jumping ability, coordination, reaction, balance and confidence. For self-defense, one important skill is knowing when to leave and being physically able to leave quickly.

Do you have branches in Taipei or elsewhere?

Not at the moment. We are a small independent gym with one location in Zhubei, Hsinchu. If you are interested in collaboration or licensing, please contact us.

What should I bring to class?

Bring water, loose comfortable clothes and your class fee. We train barefoot. Please remove necklaces, rings and watches before class.

How old does my child need to be?

Kids class usually starts from age 6. The more important question is whether your child can join without a parent beside them, follow group rhythm and enjoy the class voluntarily. Some younger children are ready early; some older children need more time.
