Lady Class

We are now preparing a series of ” morning lady classes”.

These classes are for ladies who would be available in weekday mornings.

To be officially announced in March 2018.

Learning the basic of acrobatic moves and dance on fabric.

Gaining strength and flexibility with fun, and increasing the self-confidence.

Take up another level of dancing and movement in the air.

It requests body awareness and some exercise background.

Hatha yoga for beginner, including partner yoga.

Combination of cardio workout and body weight training for 45 mins

and finishing with 15-mins stretching and cool down.

Good for beginner or person who rarely exercise.

Hammock

Take up another level of dancing and movement in the air.

Yoga
